OrderGo provides digital solutions for the food service industry, including but not limited to: QR code ordering system, merchant management dashboard, kitchen management system, and data analytics tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service feature at any time.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

You agree not to: use the services in violation of any applicable laws or regulations, infringe on intellectual property or other rights of others, transmit any malware or harmful code, interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of services, access our systems or other users' accounts without authorization, or use the services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
5. Payment Terms
Some services require payment. Prices will be clearly displayed before purchase. After payment, refunds are not provided unless otherwise required by law or permitted by our refund policy. We reserve the right to change prices at any time but will provide advance notice to existing subscribers.

OrderGo and its related trademarks, logos, software, and content are the property of us or our licensors, protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited license to use the services, not a transfer of ownership of any intellectual property.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OrderGo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to services at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will cease immediately, but provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive will continue to apply.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modified terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We will provide advance notice for significant changes.
